We have had these two fluffs for about 1.5years now although bun dad was not that interested in them to start with we both cherish them a lot now. We first found Momo through The Rabbit Sanctuary thinking we where only going to foster him but quickly fell for his charm and decided to adopt him. He is super social and loves to be around people and buns so we really wanted him to have a friend. Not even a month later we came across someone on the internet selling Lilly not knowing how to care for her. She had already been owned by two different people at this point. She has a bit of angora meaning her fur needs extra care which a lot of people do not take into a count and most buns do not like to be brushed meaning it becomes a slight daunting task for many. We do not know a lot about there backgrounds but Lilly is extra shy always hiding behind her brave Momo but over time she has warmed up to us, and now welcomes pats and will give a lick every now and then.
We highly wish for anyone considering and able to become a foster parent to visit The Rabbit Sanctuary’s website and put in the application. Its extremely rewarding and would give the sactuary space to rescue more buns.
